We live in County Louth in Ireland, located 30 miles north of Dublin, near Drogheda.

After much research, we purchased our first Leonberger puppy in 2004 from the well known Jocolda kennels. They held the privlidged position of Top Breeder, Top Stud Dog & Top Brood Bitch in the UK in 2003.

As Leonberger enthusiasts and breeders, we are passionate and dedicated to the improvement of the breed. Our experience with this breed of dog, leads us to conclude that they are most unusual and special.

We have 2 leonbergers, they are first and foremost family pets. However, we do breed occasionally and look for suitable dogs abroad as it is critical that we broaden the gene pool as much as possible.

They are easy to train with wonderful temperaments. They are used as guide and therapy dogs. They are regularily seen in sports like agility, carting, swimming etc.
